This stone, somewhat reminiscent of dragon eggs, is a powerful protective stone that grounds and shields the physical, mental and emotional body. It helps to harmonize emotions and intellect with the higher spirit. It is also used to enhance and promote communication within a group, making it a useful tool for public speaking. Septaria is also said to promote deeper communication with Mother Earth.
Separated from the weathered surrounding clay rock, these solid calcite nodules have formed in cavities mixed with surrounding brown clay minerals.
The crystalline calcite fills all the fissured chambers of the clay rock, the septaria, in a finely branched manner. The solid calcite thus forms a stable structure in the host rock, separated, segregated, hence the name.
In addition to the yellow crystal, the sphere also has some gray areas outlined in brown.
The yellow crystal is slightly transparent in contrast to the darker areas. The difference between the yellow and gray areas not only looks good, but can also be felt.
The yellow crystal has a unique pattern that makes the sphere shimmer slightly in some places.
